debbie diamond and kelvin otis are the best!!!  they would not stop until they found me a car with all the options and colors that i told them i wanted.  they were ethical and did everything they said they were going to do.  all promises were met.  and they made the transaction so easy and seamless.  no bs.  they were direct and to the point, open and honest.  i couldn't beleive how transparent this dealership was.  and it's true, no haggle prices!  no bogus fees!

I had a great experience at Bill Luke Tempe. I first called Bill in the Internet Sales department to make sure the vehicle was still available. He was very nice and even went further than just checking the system records to make sure that it was. I have had this issue at other dealerships only to get there and find the car no longer available. I got to the dealership and was immediately greeted by Paul. He was great, very informative and made the car buying process smooth and comfortable. I left a couple hours later with the car and am very happy! Thank you for the great service!

I can't begin to tell you how satisfied I am with the service department at Bill Luke Fiat. Our Fiat had an issue of Friday of last week, and it was Bill Luke to the rescue.  They promptly had the car towed to their service department, it was quickly checked over and the potential issues were communicated to us.   My husband, being a mechanic himself, knew that part of this was likely a warranty issue, but even before he could communicate that to the service manager, Dan, this fact was brought to our attention.  Transparency, folks.  THIS separates them from other dealerships.  Communication was daily (sometimes multiple times) until our car was ready for pickup.   And when we got there to get her, it was 3 signatures and 3 minutes until we were driving away. We did not purchase the Fiat at this dealership, as it is one of the original 500 purchased during the pre-release of the cars in 2012, but they acted like we were long time customers and treated us like family.   This, my friends, is why we will not hesitate to return to Bill Luke for service, and plan to purchase ANY future vehicles from them.   Excellent Service goes a long way, and you folks have it figured out!  Many Thanks!! Bought a 2015 BMW 528i. It was an incredible experience. The salesman James B was a complete rockstar. I arrived at the lot and he immediately greeted me and exhibited just about the best sense of urgency I have experienced at a dealer. He went way above and beyond. He even made sure I got the 2nd key fob which is pretty expensive for a BMW. He answered all my questions and kept me completely informed throughout the very quick process at the dealer. The best part was that he continued to follow up with me on dealer commitments. Usually you need to continually place calls and leave voice mails. Not with James though. He was calling me regularly to update me and did everything within his power to make me happy. It was an A++++ experience. I strongly recommend you go to Bill Luke Fiat and ask for James B if you are in the market.

All 5 stars belong to Tony Cole. A very thorough salesman who I believe really tries to get you the car YOU want, not the one HE or Bill Luke wants to sell you.  I actually ended up buying 2 cars in the same day, and even though I made the decisions fairly quickly, it took an excruciatingly long time to wrap it up. (Not Tony's fault of course)  If you're financing the car, be prepared for heavy duty pressure to buy the extended warranties. (Again, not Tony)  But if you want a patient salesperson who really seeks out the right car for you at the price you want to pay, Tony is your guy.

Recently purchased vehicle here. No pressure professional approach transaction.  Salesperson Daniel Uyematsu delivered excellent service from initial contact thru driving off the lot in my new vehicle a little over an hour later.  This family owned dealership continues to deliver using the same customer first approach started by Bill Luke.
